What you'll work on Every day is different, but here's an example of the kind of things you'll work on: Build 9fin's sales enablement function from the ground up, creating the playbooks, onboarding programs, and training frameworks that will scale our commercial team Design and deliver structured 30/60/90 day onboarding plans for SDRs, AEs, and sales leaders joining the UK team Run trainings on core sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, BANT), the fundamentals of calling and email outreach, and deal strategy Partner closely with product to embed product knowledge into ongoing training, knowledge checks, and enablement content Develop persona-based training tailored to 9fin's customer segments — banks, asset managers, private equity firms, law firms, and advisors Sales tech stack training…
