About this job
We are currently looking for an HR Generalist join our international HR Department, and provide support to our offices in Germany. The post-holder is responsible to provide a robust HR service and support to the Human Resources Department’s daily operations: personnel administration, benefits, payroll etc. He/she mainly works within a framework of established HR processes, procedures and standard work instructions as determined by the centralised HR department and applicable local country legislations. Be responsible for all aspect of the administration involved in the employee life cycle including procedures in TransPerfect’s offices in Germany Partner with the recruitment and relevant department to best coordinate employees’ onboarding Gather required onboarding and separation paperwork…
