Mission Integral wurde im Oktober 2024 von Lukas Zörner und Anil Can Baykal gegründet und hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, die Art und Weise, wie Buchhaltung, Steuern und Lohnabrechnung für KMUs in Europa funktionieren, neu zu definieren, beginnend mit Deutschland. Das Unternehmen wird von General Catalyst, Cherry Ventures, Puzzle Ventures und Unternehmer:innen aus ganz Europa unterstützt. Das Founders' Office ist die Einheit für die Themen, die die Gründer selbst setzen und für die es noch kein Team gibt. Als Founders' Associate übernimmst du davon einen Teil und führst ihn bis zum Ergebnis. Am Ende steht entweder ein festes Team, das das Thema weiterführt, oder die begründete Entscheidung, es zu lassen. Du berichtest an den Head of Founders' Office und arbeitest direkt mit den Gründern.…
