Your mission As Senior AFC Compliance Officer for Bitpanda’s activities in Germany, you will be responsible for building and running a robust, effective and scalable AML/CFT and sanctions compliance framework. You will act as the key senior AML control owner in Germany, ensuring compliance with the German Money Laundering Act, BaFin expectations, FIU requirements, applicable EU AML/CFT rules, the Transfer of Funds Regulation / Travel Rule, and Bitpanda Group standards. What You’ll Do Local Control Ownership: Serve as the appointed AMLO or Deputy AMLO and senior AML control owner for Bitpanda in Germany, establishing and managing a scalable AML/CFT and sanctions framework.…
