Was dich erwartet: Du wirst Teil unseres People Operations Teams und bekommst Schritt für Schritt Einblicke in die administrativen HR-Prozesse für unsere Mitarbeitenden in Deutschland. Du lernst den Employee Lifecycle aus operativer Sicht kennen, vom Start neuer Kolleg:innen bis zum Offboarding. Du sammelst praktische Erfahrungen in People Operations, Payroll und Benefit Administration und wirst dabei eng von erfahrenen Kolleg:innen begleitet.
