Du empfängst unsere Besucher, Kunden und Lieferanten, übernimmst die Anmeldung in den jeweiligen Bereichen und überprüfst die Zutrittsvoraussetzungen am Standort. Du koordinierst Termine für verschiedene Ansprechpartner und bist für die Reisebuchung unserer Mitarbeiter verantwortlich. Im schriftlichen und telefonischen Kontakt bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für eingehende Kundenanfragen. Bei der Bearbeitung der Eingangs- und Ausgangspost zeigst du genau so viel Gewissenhaftigkeit wie bei der Erstellung, Verwaltung und Koordination von Mitarbeiterausweisen. Des Weiteren bist du für allgemeine und organisatorische Themen verantwortlich. Für Vor-Ort Termine organisierst du die Bewirtung und das Catering.…
