Control Tower Architect (all genders) YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain dashboards to provide transparency on clinical study performance. Deliver actionable reporting and analytics for CTFA and CD&O leadership. Monitor study execution and ensure timely tracking of Bayer and satellite studies. Identify performance deviations and highlight risks, opportunities, and trends. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive awareness and informed decision-making. Support mitigation planning through recruitment forecasting and scenario modeling. Generate insights and lessons learned from study outcomes and team performance.
