Während deiner Werkstudententätigkeit wirkst du bei der Erstellung von Projektunterlagen wie Vergabetabellen, Terminplänen, Projektstrukturplänen und Protokollen mit. Zu deinem Aufgabenbereich gehören die Prüfung von Rechnungen und Freigaben sowie das Einholen von Lieferscheinen bei den Projektbeteiligten. Dabei verantwortest du das Ablagesystem und bearbeitest Rückläufe aller Art. Außerdem erstellst du interne Work-On, Abschlussberichte und Kalkulationsnachweise. Darüber hinaus wirkst du bei der Einholung von Lieferantenangeboten, der Erstellung von Dokumentationen, der Ablage und dem Upload von Dokumenten in Portale sowie im Nachtragsmanagement mit.…
