Als Facharbeiter:in bedienst Du verschiedene Montage- oder Zerspanungsanlagen (Mehrmaschinenbedienung) sowie deren Steuerungen. Neben dem Rüsten der Maschinen und Anlagen der Serienfertigung wechselst und justierst Du selbstständig die Werkzeuge. Du überwachst die Qualität während der verschiedenen Fertigungsschritte und kontrollierst sowie dokumentierst die Messergebnisse. Darüber hinaus überwachst Du die Produktivität, begleitest die geplanten Wartungen und führst sie durch. Du behebst Störungen, analysierst die Störungsursachen und erstellst Störungsberichte. Nicht zuletzt beteiligst Du Dich aktiv an der Unfallverhütung und an der Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse. Du nutzt Freiräume für die Verbesserungsarbeit.…
