Du stellst sicher, dass alle Kunden exakt die Leistung erhalten, die vertraglich vereinbart wurde – vollständig, korrekt und in hoher Qualität. Du bist das Gesicht von Niologic im laufenden Betrieb. Wenn beim Kunden etwas nicht läuft, bist du die erste Nummer, die gewählt wird. Du sorgst dafür, dass: die vorhandenen Systeme und Prozesse eingehalten werden, dein Team die Services sauber liefert, Probleme früh erkannt und an die richtigen Stellen (z.B. AI Engineers) eskaliert werden.…
