About the team Our Large Loss Specialists handle Marshmallow’s most complex and high-value motor claims, often involving catastrophic injuries such as brain and spinal trauma, psychiatric injury, complex fractures and nerve damage. Beyond handling claims, the team acts as a centre of technical expertise, sharing insights and driving consistency across Claims. We work closely with Complex Personal Injury colleagues, reinsurers, panel solicitors and teams across Claims, Underwriting and Pricing to deliver fair, commercially sound outcomes. As a small, highly technical team, we offer broad exposure and the opportunity to grow your authority quickly. What you'll be doing Managing a portfolio of high-value motor claims, typically valued above £250,000, through pre- and post-litigation.…
