Sie bearbeiten Angebote und Aufträge für Ersatzteile, indem Sie Stücklisten sowie technische Zeichnungen präzise auswerten, um eine reibungslose Abwicklung im nationalen und internationalen Bereich zu gewährleisten. Eigenverantwortlich übernehmen Sie den Verkauf von Ersatzteilen an unsere nationale bzw. internationale Kundschaft und tragen damit direkt zum Geschäftserfolg bei. Außerdem pflegen Sie die schriftliche und telefonische Kundenkorrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache sowie stellen eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicher. Selbstständig bearbeiten Sie Reklamationen und Gewährleistungsfälle und finden dabei stets kundenorientierte Lösungen.…
