Als BDR Team Lead (m/w/d) – DACH bist du echter Player-Coach: Du gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran, coachst dein Team im Alltag und sorgst für eine konsistente Erreichung der Pipeline- und Aktivitätsziele. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Sales, Marketing und RevOps zusammen – immer mit dem Ziel, Outreach, Messaging und Prozesse noch besser zu machen. Die Rolle ist hybrid mit zwei Office-Tagen pro Woche in Hamburg.
