Wir suchen einen Head of Venture Building Funds / Principal, der unsere Investmentstrategie maßgeblich mitgestaltet und die finanzielle Performance unseres globalen Venture Buildings steuer In dieser strategischen Führungsrolle verantwortest du die Allokation unseres ersten Venture-Building-Fonds mit einem Volumen von 200 Mio. Euro. Dabei steuerst du die Kapitalallokation über verschiedene Special Purpose Vehicles gemeinsam mit unterschiedlichen Partnern – darunter Limited Partners (LPs) und Service Provider – sowie direkte Investments in Venture-Building-Aktivitäten im Einklang mit unseren übergeordneten Investmentthesen.
