Head of Payroll & HR Services (w/m/d) Standort: Köln oder Dortmund Start: ab sofort (Vollzeit und unbefristet) In der Rolle leitest Du die Abteilung Payroll Services mit ca.170 Mitarbeitenden. Du verantwortest mit Deiner Abteilung die Bearbeitung von Payroll und Employee Data Administration (EDA) Services in einem Shared Service Center für die Deutsche Post AG. Insgesamt stellen Deine Mitarbeitenden die Lohnabrechnung für ca. 220.000 Kollegen aus dem Konzern sicher. Deine Mitarbeiter verteilen sich hauptsächlich auf drei Standorte (Dortmund, Freiburg, Rostock). Du berichtest direkt an den Head of HR Services Germany und bist Teil des dortigen Leadership Teams.
