Deine Rolle Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Business Operations baust du mit am Betriebssystem von VESTIGAS: an den Prozessen, Daten und Formaten, mit denen wir das Unternehmen steuern – OKR-Prozess und All-Hands, Reporting und Kennzahlen, Datenqualität im CRM und die Automatisierung wiederkehrender Abläufe. Bei vielen dieser Themen stehen wir noch am Anfang: Du arbeitest nicht in fertigen Strukturen, sondern legst das Fundament mit. Dafür suchen wir jemanden, der Lust hat, Dinge selbst anzupacken – der verstehen will, wie es heute wirklich läuft, und daraus Prozesse und Daten macht, die auch bei doppelter Teamgröße noch tragen. Du arbeitest eng mit der Person zusammen, die diese Themen heute federführend vorantreibt: Du hältst ihr den Rücken frei, lernst unmittelbar von ihr und übernimmst…
