Content ist bei mika ein zentraler Teil unserer Growth Engine. Als Werkstudent:in arbeitest du direkt im Growth-Team und unterstützt bei der Produktion und Veröffentlichung von Content über alle Kanäle: Podcast, Social Media, Blog, Video. Du bekommst Einblick in die gesamte Content-Wertschöpfungskette und übernimmst eigene Aufgaben. Aufgaben Deine Aufgaben Podcast: Aufnahmen schneiden und zusammenstellen (Riverside, CapCut), Thumbnails und Episodenbeschreibungen erstellen, auf allen Plattformen veröffentlichen, Shorts für Social Media schneiden und mit Captions versehen. Content & Social Media: Grafiken und Mockups für Instagram und LinkedIn erstellen (Figma, Canva), Ads-Grafiken für Google, Meta und Reddit umsetzen, bei der Content-Planung und Ideenfindung unterstützen.
