Du übersetzt strategische Vorgaben in umsetzbare Maßnahmen, steuerst Projekte und machst Meilensteine sowie Statusberichte sichtbar. Du sorgst für Transparenz, effektive Abstimmungen und eine zielgerichtete Umsetzung im Maklervertrieb.
