Du betreust im Auftrag der BMW Bank Kunden mit auslaufenden Leasingverträgen und begleitest sie bei den nächsten Schritten. In telefonischen Gesprächen informierst Du Kunden frühzeitig über das bevorstehende Vertragsende und sorgst für eine professionelle und serviceorientierte Betreuung. Dabei berätst Du zu den verschiedenen Möglichkeiten nach Ablauf des Leasingvertrags und findest gemeinsam mit den Kunden die passende Lösung. Mit Deiner freundlichen Art schaffst Du ein positives Kundenerlebnis und stärkst die Kundenbindung. Als kompetente Ansprechperson beantwortest Du Fragen rund um den Vertragsauslauf und unterstützt die Kunden bei ihrer weiteren Planung.…
