You will work in close tandem with your Product Manager, who owns the scope’s vision, strategy and external representation, so that you can turn their direction into a well-ordered backlog and a smoothly run set of rituals. Own and prioritise the backlog, decide what enters each sprint, and define what “ready to build” and “done” mean for your scope.…
