Your Role Perform quality checks as part of the Quality Assurance for Customer Support (including Complaints Management) and Operations. Support in delivering an efficient training material, training plan and training experience for external and internal new hires within Solaris Operations. Support in the maintenance of training content. Perform the Quality checks and analyze the results of Quality Assurance for new hires for a special project. Suggest improvement plan and remediation actions when required, including delivering of any additional training whenever required. Support in the improvement of Customer Support (including Complaints Management) and Ops processes.…
