Während deines Praktikums erforschst du empathisch den Arbeitsalltag unserer Anwenderinnen sowie Anwendern durch Contextual Inquiries, um deren Bedürfnisse tiefgreifend zu verstehen und wertvolle Pain Points aufzudecken. Für die Ableitung konkreter Produktempfehlungen begleitest und führst du eigenständig Interviews sowie umfassende Nutzertests durch. Du erstellst durchdachte Wireframes, User Flows und interaktive Prototypen für unsere digitalen Anwendungen, wobei du stets die Nutzerzentrierung im Blick behältst. Nicht zuletzt arbeitest du dynamisch und eng mit Product Ownern, Softwaredevelopern und anderen im Team zusammen, um gemeinsam innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln.…
