Der IT ServiceDesk Techniker ist verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung von technischem Support sowie für die Fehlerbehebung und Wartung von Hardware-, Software- und Netzwerksystemen innerhalb des Unternehmens. In dieser Rolle stellen Sie sicher, dass alle IT-Ressourcen effizient funktionieren und die Anwender zeitnah sowie professionell unterstützt werden. Technischer Support & Fehlerbehebung First- und Second-Level-Support für Endanwender per Telefon, E-Mail und vor Ort. Diagnose und Behebung von Hardware-, Software- und Netzwerkproblemen. Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Desktop-PCs, Laptops, Druckern und mobilen Endgeräten. Regelmäßige Dienstreisen zum Produktionsstandort in Pyrbaum zur Unterstützung der lokalen Anwender und IT-Infrastruktur bis zu zwei Mal pro Woche.…
