Wir bieten Ihnen eine Promotionsstelle (PhD) zur Entwicklung eines neuartigen dielektrophoretischen (DEP) Chips für die Analyse und Sortierung einzelner Zellen. Multi-Omics-Analysen auf Einzelzellebene liefern entscheidende diagnostische Erkenntnisse zu Erkrankungen. Aktuelle Automatisierungstechnologien sind jedoch häufig ineffizient und kostenintensiv. Ihr Projekt zielt darauf ab, diese Einschränkungen zu überwinden, indem Sie einen bildbasierten DEP-Chip entwickeln, der die Kompartimentierung, Probenvorbereitung, Analyse und Sortierung einzelner Zellen automatisiert.…
