In dieser Rolle als IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) mit Support-Aufgaben übernimmst du die Verantwortung für eine Enterprise-Infrastruktur rund um Windows Server 2025, Active Directory, Exchange und SQL Server. Client-Arbeitsplätze, Multifunktionsgeräte und mobile Endgeräte inklusive MDM betreust du ebenso wie den 1st und 2nd Level Support direkt vor Ort im Kraftwerk. Mit Baramundi arbeitest du an Softwarepaketierung, -verteilung und Automatisierung und wickelst Incidents nach ITIL im Ticketsystem ab. Zusätzlich bringst du dein Projektmanagement-Talent bei Softwaremigrationen, größeren Updates und der Koordination externer Dienstleister ein.
