Verantwortlichkeiten | Das erwartet Dich In der Rolle übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die strategische Steuerung und Überwachung integrierter Facility-Management-Dienstleistungen (Hard Services) durch externe Provider. Damit übernimmst u.a. folgende spannende Aufgaben Provider-Steuerung: Du steuerst und kontrollierst eigenverantwortlich externe IFM-Dienstleister für einen definierten Standortbereich und stellst eine effiziente Leistungserbringung sicher. Qualitätsmanagement: Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs) sowie Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) und leitest bei Abweichungen proaktiv Korrekturmaßnahmen ein.…
