Job Description: Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten: Verantwortung für den gesamten Lebenszyklus der IT-Konfiguration und -Bereitstellung, einschließlich Planung, Design, Implementierung, Test und Übergabe. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Unternehmensstandards, Richtlinien und Best Practices im Bereich Konfigurationsmanagement und Release Management. Koordination und Steuerung von (IT-)Lieferanten und externen Partnern zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten und qualitätsgesicherten Servicebereitstellung. Entwicklung und Pflege von Standard-Konfigurationen und zugehörigen Prozessen. Leitung von Projekten zur Einführung neuer IT-Lösungen und -Services, einschließlich der Planung von Ressourcen, Zeitplänen und Budgets.
