Your role We are looking for a scrappy, execution-focused Working Student to act as the "prolonged workbench" for our Performance Marketing team. You won't just be watching the data, you’ll be the one building the briefs and basic creative assets that fuel our growth in DACH and across our International markets (FR, NL, IT, PL). Your goal is simple: help us move faster. Take the winning patterns identified in the Paid Social Media account and turn them into clear, actionable briefs for our Design and Influencer teams Make minor, high-speed adjustments to existing assets, swapping headlines, trimming video hooks, or testing different CTA end-cards in order to bypass bottlenecks Keep our creative library organized, ensuring the Brand team knows exactly which "performance versions" of their a…
