What is the job? As our Lead Paid Search guru, you'll own paid search performance end to end - not from a distance, but in-platform, every day. This is a fully hands-on role for someone who lives in Google Ads, is driven by results, and finds real satisfaction in building, testing and optimising campaigns themselves. You'll take full ownership of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts - from strategy and campaign structure through to bid management, ad copy, tracking and reporting, across a six to seven-figure monthly budget. One day you'll be knee-deep in search term reports and bid adjustments; the next you'll be presenting forecasts and performance insight to stakeholders who need clarity, not jargon.…
