IHRE AUFGABEN 1. Gesamtverantwortung & Führung Team- & Agentursteuerung: Führung des Marketing-Teams und Steuerung aller externen Agenturen (PR, Kreativ, Media, Event, Produktion). Strategie & Budget: Entwicklung des regionalen Businessplans sowie eigenverantwortliche Budgetplanung, -kontrolle und -anpassung (in Abstimmung mit dem HQ). Laureus-Stiftung: Vertretung von IWC als Vorstandsmitglied für Deutschland und Österreich. Marktforschung: Durchführung von SINUS-Zielgruppenbefragungen (alle zwei Jahre) zur Optimierung der Mediaplanung. 2. Marketing & CRM MarCom- & Mediaplanung: Erstellung und Umsetzung ganzheitlicher Kampagnen (Print, Digital, Social Media, OoH) für eine Premium-Positionierung und optimalen Sell-out.…
