Als Teamlead Performance Marketing (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für unsere bezahlten Wachstumskanäle – Native, SEA und Paid Social. Du führst ein Team von mehreren Media Buyern, berichtest direkt an den Head of Growth und arbeitest eng mit dem Founder-Team zusammen Native Advertising ist dabei unser umsatzstärkster Performance-Kanal und der Schwerpunkt der Rolle: Hier liegt die Verantwortung end-to-end bei Dir und Deinem Team, von der Ideenfindung über Konzeption und Umsetzung bis zu Testing und Optimierung. Gleichzeitig entwickelst Du das Kanal-Portfolio weiter, über Native, SEA und Paid Social hinaus.
