Jobbeschreibung Als Senior Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) verantwortest Du unser Performance Marketing mit Fokus auf skalierbare Leadgenerierung über Paid Search, Paid Social und weitere Performance-Kanäle. Du steuerst Budget und zentrale KPIs (u. a. CPL, CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rate und Leadqualität) und sorgst für ein skalierbares Kampagnen-Setup. Du planst, setzt auf und optimierst kanalübergreifende Kampagnen und Landingpages, testest und skalierst neue Performance-Kanäle und leitest aus Datenanalysen konkrete Wachstumsmaßnahmen ab. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Brand/Creative, Web/Tech und dem Leadership-Team verbesserst Du kontinuierlich Conversion Rates und Leadqualität.…
