Aufgaben Du verantwortest die Performance unserer Paid-Marketing-Kanäle entlang des gesamten Funnels und entwickelst diese datenbasiert weiter Du gestaltest und managst Kampagnen, von der Konzeption der Ad Creatives, über das Ausspielen und Optimieren der Kampagnen bis zur KPI- und Daten-Analyse und den Reportings Du steuerst bereichsübergreifend die Zusammenarbeit mit CRM, Data, Content und Design und sorgst dafür, dass Performance-Marketing optimal mit den anderen Growth-Kanälen verzahnt ist Du testest kontinuierlich neue Kanäle, Formate und Technologien und entwickelst unsere Performance-Marketing-Strategie kontinuierlich weiter, um den Impact der Paid-Channels zu steigern Du steuerst die Z…
