Du entwickelst unsere globale Social-Media-Präsenz strategisch weiter und setzt wegweisende Thought-Leadership-Kampagnen um. Eigenverantwortlich erstellst und pflegst du den Redaktionsplan für unsere globalen Kanäle, um eine kohärente und wirkungsvolle Kommunikation sicherzustellen. Inhalte veröffentlichst du eigenständig über unsere Marketing-Automatisierungsplattform (HubSpot) und optimierst dabei den Workflow. Du beobachtest aktiv aktuelle Trends sowie neue Tools im Social-Media-Marketing und bringst proaktiv eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Strategie ein. Eng arbeitest du mit internen und externen Schnittstellen zusammen und unterstützt maßgeblich bei der Analyse sowie dem Reporting unserer Kampagnen-Performance.
