The function is located at one of the ALBI sites, The geographical work area will be mainly the Botlek (Rotterdam) and Antwerp Sites where H2, CO, CO2, O2, N2, Ar, syngas, steam and electricity are produced in different units. The TAR Manager is a member of the NCE TAR team and is responsible for the management and coordination of a Turn Around (installation shut-down for maintenance) cycle (Preparation, execution and capitalization) => Scope acceptance, Project timeline planning and milestones follow-up, Management of work preparation, ordering (excl. the procurement organizations responsibilities), outage planning, outage direction, financial control (ordering, extra work commitment), outage capitalization (wrap up & document completion).…
