Verantwortliche Sicherstellung von Qualität, Quantität, Terminen und Kosten – unter Einsatz von LEAN‑Management und BIM‑Methoden zur effizienten Projektsteuerung. Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen in enger Abstimmung mit Einkauf und Projektteam. Eigenständige Abrechnung der Bauleistungen sowie sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Projektschritte. Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Kundenabnahme sowie Betreuung der Projekte im Gewährleistungszeitraum.
