Planung und Durchführung von Prüfungen zur Bestimmung der biologischen Wirksamkeit von Biopharmazeutika (Bioassays) unter GMP (z.B. Proliferations-, Apoptose-, ADCC- und Luziferaseassays) Entwicklung und Durchführung von SPR Bindungsassays (Biacore) zur Charakterisierung von Biopharmazeutika Methodenvalidierung nach internationalen Richtlinien (z. B. ICH, USP) Erstellen von SOPs, Protokollen, Entwicklungs- und Validierungsreports in englischer Sprache Erstellung GMP- konformer Dokumentationen Kundenkontakt sowie fachliche Anleitung des technischen Personals Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Naturwissenschaften (vorzugsweise Studium der Biologie oder Biochemie) Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im genannten Bereich Fundierte Kenntnisse in zellbasierten funktionellen Assays und eukaryotisc…
