About The Role: We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to strengthen how information, decisions, and leadership intent flow across Emma. This role is about clarity, structure, and alignment — ensuring the right message reaches the right people, in the right way, especially in a fast-moving, international environment. You'll report to our Head of Culture and work as a trusted partner to C-level leaders, translating strategic intent into clear, cascaded communication.
