Your mission Conducting in-depth potential and market analyses to evaluate and positions individual assets and portfolios Preparation of professional marketing documents such as investment memoranda, teasers, and decision templates to support transaction processes Structuring and managing processes across all transaction phases – from preparation to closing Organizing and implementing a targeted market approach by compiling investor lists, sending relevant documents (e.g., NDAs), and approaching investors and brokerage firms Obtaining market price estimates and purchase offers and preparing well-founded bid analyses as a basis for sales decisions Assisting in the preparation and negotiation of exclusivity agreements and draft purchase agreements as part of professional transaction processi…
