Deine Position Als Operations Manager Wärmepumpe – Innovation & Qualität arbeitest du aktiv daran, unsere Installationsprozesse deutschlandweit zu standardisieren, weiterzuentwickeln und nachhaltig zu skalieren. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Operations, Einkauf, Product Management, Training sowie unseren Handwerksstandorten zusammen und gestaltest den Aufbau eines der führenden Wärmepumpen-Installationsnetzwerke Europas aktiv mit. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem: Du standardisierst Materialien, Komponenten und Installationsprozesse im Bereich Wärmepumpe Du entwickelst und optimierst Materialsets, Stücklisten und Montagestandards Du analysierst typische Fehlerbilder und leitest Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Qualitätsverbesserung ab Du unterstützt die Qualitätssicherung auf Baustellen und…
