Your responsibilities ALEMI is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our operational backbone — from forecasting and production orders to inbound logistics, stock, and cost control. You'll be the person who keeps product moving reliably from our production partners to our warehouse and stores, while building the processes and KPI discipline that let us scale. Forecasting & product launches — Own demand forecasting and order management with our production partners, and drive new products from setup through to launch-ready operational data in the relevant systems Inbound logistics & stock — Plan cost-efficient, timely inbound transportation and manage stock levels across warehouse and our stores to hit availability targets and avoid out-of-stock situations…
