Senior Product Manager - Human AI Collaboration (all genders)

About this job

We're looking for someone to own Human Understanding & Adaptive Collaboration as one of wingmaite's four foundational product disciplines. This isn't a traditional product role, you won't simply manage features or execute roadmaps. You'll define how wingmaite understands humans and collaborates with them, building the discipline through which experts externalize knowledge that only they currently hold. Tasks What you'll do Enterprise Knowledge Elicitation: Define how wingmaite interviews experts, asks follow-up questions, reconstructs decisions and surfaces tacit knowledge Adaptive Collaboration: Decide when the system should ask, explain, interrupt, remind, wait, or deliberately not infer Collaboration Conditions: Model the situation, not the person: authority, expertise, timing,…
