Define and execute the category strategy for our categories (Mattresses, Beds, and Accessories)—adapting the global assortment to the Austrian market and uncovering new segment opportunities. Drive Pricing Excellence: Own the local pricing strategy across channels and products to maximize revenue and margin. Lead Go-To-Market Initiatives for new product launches in Austria, collaborating with Global Product Success, Sourcing, Marketing, and UX teams. Manage the Full Product Lifecycle: Plan and coordinate phase-ins/phase-outs for a timely and cost-effective portfolio evolution.…
