Für all diese Bereiche suchen wir eine:n People & Culture Manager:in, der:die den Personalbereich mit uns führt und weiterentwickelt. Die Position ist die zentrale HR-Rolle im Haus. Du berätst die Geschäftsführung, bist erste Ansprechperson für alle Mitarbeitenden und arbeitest eng mit Buchhaltung, Steuerbüro und externen Partnern zusammen.
