Als Growth Manager übernimmst du die Short-Form-Strategie von 2-4 Creators von A bis Z: Scripts, Shot Lists, Feedback an Creator und Editoren, und ständiges Testen bis die Zahlen stimmen. Dein einziges echtes Ziel: Views, die zu echter Reichweite werden. Aufgaben Virale Short-Form-Videos analysieren, verstehen warum sie funktioniert haben, und das für unsere Creator adaptieren. Scripts und Shot Lists schreiben, die deine Creator dann aufnehmen. Ihnen präzises Feedback geben, was gut war, was nicht, was sich ändern muss. Editoren und Poster steuern. Du besitzt das Ergebnis, sie führen aus. Jeden Post analysieren: warum hat das eingeschlagen, warum ist das gefloppt, worauf setzen wir diese Woche.…
