Aufgaben Du analysierst unsere E-Commerce-Produkte, den Onlineshop und die Customer Journey anhand von Kennzahlen und Kundenfeedback. Du entwickelst daraus konkrete Verbesserungen und begleitest deren Umsetzung von der ersten Idee bis zum Go-live. Du übernimmst von Beginn an Verantwortung für klar abgegrenzte Projekte, koordinierst die beteiligten Teams und behältst Fortschritt und Ergebnisse im Blick. Du packst auch im Tagesgeschäft mit an und lernst dadurch unsere Produkte, Prozesse und Kundenbedürfnisse von Grund auf kennen.…
