Your mission Du bist Teil des 5-köpfigen CRM-Teams und dafür verantwortlich, die Engagement-Ziele (z.B. Daily Active Users) zu erreichen. Du planst, testest und implementierst den Newsletter in Absprache mit dem Content und Advertising Team und überlegst, wie du die Inhalte und den Versand noch besser machen kannst. Dadurch steigerst du vor Allem die Click Rate. Du setzt automatisierte Kampagnen (z.B. Onboarding, Reaktivierung, getriggerte Kommunikation) für verschiedene Nutzer:innengruppen auf und optimierst diese kontinuierlich. Deine Kanäle sind hauptsächlich E-Mail, Push Notification und In-App Message. Du entwickelst sinnvolle Segmentierungen, z.B. basierend auf Interessen oder Nachbarschaftsgröße, um den Nutzer:innen eine bestmöglich personalisierte Erfahrung zu bieten.…
