Zur weiteren Verstärkung des technischen Bereichs suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit als Leiter Konstruktion (m/w/d). Aufgaben Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Konstruktionsabteilung; aktive Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und Zusammenarbeit. Steuerung und Priorisierung von Konstruktionsprojekten von der Konzeptphase bis zur Übergabe/Auslieferung inkl. Ressourcenplanung. Sicherstellen von Qualität, Termintreue und Umsetzung von Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Produktion, Vertrieb und Entwicklung; strukturierte Koordination der Schnittstellen. Weiterentwicklung von Konstruktionsstandards, Tools, Prozessen und Richtlinien zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.…
