Deine Mission Mit dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für den stabilen, qualitätsgerechten und termintreuen Betrieb der Produktion sowie den Aufbau eines skalierbaren Produktionssystems für unser wachsendes Space-Tech-Unternehmen in München. Kernverwantwortung: Gesamtverantwortung für Output, Qualität, Termine und Produktivität der Produktion. Hands-on-Steuerung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts durch konsequentes Shopfloor Management. Aufbau und Führung eines KPI-basierten Produktionssystems, insbesondere für Planerfüllung, FPY, Ausschuss, Nacharbeit, Durchlaufzeit und Liefertermintreue. Strukturierung der Produktionsorganisation mit klaren Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten, Entscheidungsbefugnissen und Eskalationswegen.…
