Als (Senior) Revenue Operations Manager baust du das operative GTM-Rückgrat: HubSpot als zentrale Revenue-Plattform, automatisierte Sales-Prozesse und die Schnittstelle zwischen Produkt, Vertrieb, Marketing und Customer Success. Deine Aufgaben HubSpot-Ownership & Weiterentwicklung: HubSpot ist unsere zentrale Revenue-Plattform und du verantwortest alles, was dahinter liegt: Datenmodell, Custom Objects, Pipelines, Lifecycle Stages, Properties, Workflows und Dashboards. Du baust nicht auf der grünen Wiese, sondern verbesserst gezielt das, was schon steht – und erkennst, wo das Setup an seine Grenzen kommt.
